Companies and individuals are welcome to work on boats at the Lost Key Marina Dry Storage, but they must understand and comply with the following:

Workers Compensation Insurance, Liability Insurance not less than $1,000,000, and Occupational Licensing submitted to the management office prior to any contract professional providing services to any boat on the Lost Key Marina Dry Storage.

Work must be done in a safe manner, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, to provide for the safety of proper ty and the safety of contractor personnel, Marina personnel, and the general public.  Work sites must be kept clean and orderly.  Work which could create a hazard to people or property must be appropriately delineated to prevent injury or property damage.  Use of any unsafe equipment is not permitted.  All accidents must be reported immediately to Lost Key Marina Dry Storage management, Perdido Sand Realty at 850-492-2000.

Work must be done in an environmentally safe and clean manner, including:

• In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, to provide for the protection of the environment from damage or pollution caused by any work done while on the property.
• No waste shall be disposed of in or on the property, included dumpsters, without expressed permission of management. 
• All chemicals must be removed from the property 
• No waste shall be disposed of on any land, parking lot or adjoining property
• Spills on any of the environment or the property of any type must reported to management immediately
• The full cost of cleanup, removal and/or environment damage for work done is the responsibility of the contractor
• All chemicals brought on the property must be removed at the conclusion of the job.  All hazardous chemicals used on the property must be approved by management prior to being brought on site.  The approval process requires that a copy of the MSDS be supplied to management for each chemical being used that may be a hazard to personnel, the general public, or the environment through use, spillage, or improper disposal.   

Contractors and contractor personnel assumes any and all risk to his/her person or property, or the person or property of its agents or employees in entering upon Lost Key Marina Dry Storage property to perform services.  Contractors agree to hold Lost Key Marina Dry Storage and Association Management harmless from any claims or damages resulting from or arising out of any act or omission of agents or employees, and to provide all necessary safeguards and to take all proper precautions against the occurrence of accidents, injuries or damages to any persons or property and to be responsible for and to indemnify and save harmless Lost Key Marina Dry Storage and Association Management from all losses or damage and any or all claims arising by reason of any act or omission and further agrees to defend at your own expense any and all suits or actions, civil or criminal arising out of any act or omission of agents or employees.
