8am to 6:00pm (Boats back by 5:30pm or left at dock - lots of new slips! - for next morning haul out)

The 2026 3rd quarter general assessment is $836.38 and is due on July 1, 2026; subject to late fees after July 10, 2026.

Please make your check payable to Lost Key Marina Dry Storage and send to Perdido Sand Realty Inc, 5615 Bauer Rd, Pensacola, FL. 32507. The office is open M-F, 9am - 5pm.
